Cyviellance,  Inc. (Internet Intelligence gathering firm).  Who hired them to hound www.pigcircus.com with 245 visits in just 180 days?

Untraceable
Did the Supreme Court, or their agents, engage in their own covert investigation and actively sought out ex parte evidence to support their agenda of overturning the Court of Appeals’ decision? (See charts below)

What happens in Indiana to those who speak out against corruption in the court system?  The court system uses it political muscle to attempt to crush them.  Not content with merely rescuing Bonaventura's reputation, the Supreme Court, or their agents, conducted a covert investigation of PEERgroup website.   The chart below shows that the PEERgroup website began receiving a surprising number visits from ISP’s owned by the Indiana State Government beginning shortly after they agreed to hear Kirk v. Kirk.  In addition, someone, certainly not a disinterested visitor,
hired a company called Cyveillance, Inc, that specializes in Internet surveillance and investigative services.
According to Cyveillance's own website:

“Cyveillance is able to surf the Internet at high speeds to locate and categorize unstructured content and transform it into filtered, pertinent intelligence.  Ultimately, Cyveillance delivers real value to its clients by enabling them to immediately leverage the prioritized intelligence...” (See: http://www.cyveillance.com/web/approach/)
and
“Cyveillance's technology por[es] through all publicly available online sources and breaking down the HTML code on every page. It enables clients to quickly identify opportunities and threats…”

Illegal Intelligence Gathering: State of Indiana and Federal Government Computers Conduct Covert Surveillance on PEERgroup
What exactly would the state of Indiana be doing “gathering intelligence” on litigants in a family court case, unless it has an agenda that favors one of the parties in the litigation? No matter the reason, the activity is forbidden by law.

This is certainly no small expense and no small project, when one considers the extent to which Cyveillance stalked PEERgroup.  Of all visitors to the website since inception 14 months ago, Cyveillance computers were at the PEERgroup website a greater number of times than any single visitor who has ever seen the site.  They were closely followed in number of visits to the site by computers directly linked to Indiana State Government offices.

The chart below shows that of the ten most common sources of visitors to the PEERgroup website, the most frequent visitor was Cyveillance, followed by an unidentifiable source, then followed by three (3) Indiana State Government owned computers sources.  It is impossible to assume that these sources merely had a casual interest in the site, the sheer number of visits are astounding.
From January 1, 2002 through June 30, 2002, Cyveillance linked to PEERgroup's website more than anyone hitting the site 245 times in only 180 days, and the third and fourth most common visitors that were directly linked to Indiana State Government computers were easily identifiable via simple (and legal) back-tracing.
And that’s not the extent of the government surveillance.  Computers from the U.S. Federal Courts in Washington D.C. made 32 visits to the PEERgroup website during the time the Supreme Court was adjudicating this matter. And there is a clear correlation between government monitoring of the website and the timeline of this case.  Below is a chart showing when (by day) these government computer “visits” took place.  One can easily see that as the case progressed and approached the date the ruling in late June, interest by the state and federal government gradually increased right up until the end of the case when the greatest single day total of 70 government computer hits were recorded.  Clearly the state and federal governments were actively gathering information outside the scope of the evidence that was on the record.  This is documented and cannot be denied. (A complete listing of all ISP’s with 5 or more visits to www.pigcircus.com accompanies our the formal complaint against the Supreme Court.)
The Supreme Court prejudiced themselves by researching and basing their decision on information on a website sponsored by an organization known as PEERgroup (www.pigcircus.com).   Again, it is important to note that nothing regarding this website was ever discussed in open court or was information on it ever admitted into evidence. The lower court judge, the Honorable Mary Beth Bonaventura, however, had referred to this website in at least two (2) newspaper articles in Lake County Indiana. This was certainly the starting point for the Supreme Court’s illegal investigation of PEERgroup.
Number of Verifiable page hits to www.pigcircus.com made through Indiana State Government Internet Service Providers per day from 5/1/02 - 6/26/02
10-day moving average clearly shows gradual increase in website visits by Governement Computers right up to date of the Supreme Court's Decision!
